It is 34 pyeong (3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 verandas) and has a high-end full interior, making it perfect for healing. Cooking utensils and laundry facilities are provided, so you only need to prepare personal hygiene products.

Move-in will be done remotely, and instructions for use will be provided once the contract is confirmed and you move in. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited indoors. (Damage claims will be filed in case of complaints or damage to the house) There is no cleaning fee, but you must clean, wash the dishes, and separate the trash when you check out. (A cleaning fee will be charged if you violate this.) Since this is a short-term rental property, amenities are not provided. Accompanying guests other than those contracted are not permitted to stay.
