The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy the night view of Gangnam. 🏠 This is a goshiwon for those in their 20s and 30s located a 5-minute walk from Exit 1 of Yeoksam Station. ✔️ It is operated on three floors, and is divided into a women-only floor and a unisex floor. 👩🏻💻 24-hour CCTV recording and monitoring. 🔒 Electronic door locks are installed on the front door and individual rooms to control entry by outsiders. 🧸 We are working to provide a rooftop for residents to relax. 🗑️ To ensure a pleasant indoor environment, we operate the interior space and recycling area separately. 🚭 This is a non-smoking building, and smoking is prohibited indoors, in rooms, and on the rooftop. If caught, you may be asked to leave the premises on the same day and be charged for restoration costs. 🤫 Please refrain from making noise or making phone calls after 10 PM. For longer calls, please use the rooftop. 👩🏻🍳 There is a shared kitchen on the 4th floor, and we provide ramen, rice, seasoned seaweed, Starbucks coffee beans, etc.
