This is a short-term rental business, not a lodging business. A contract must be drawn up, and the security deposit and utilities are separate. The second floor features a separate living room, bedroom, and refrigerator, allowing two groups to use it independently. There are no separate fees for using the outdoor jacuzzi pool or barbecue grill. This is a short-term rental for one week or one month, and a security deposit is required. ※ A security deposit is required for short-term rentals. ※ Utilities (electricity, gas, water) are set at a basic rate of 10,000 KRW per night. You only need to pay any excess charges separately. ※ Additional deductions may be made from the security deposit if any property is damaged within the space. It is a place where you can spend a quiet, private, and authentically Jeju-style time. This is a short-term rental, not a lodging business. We specialize in week-long and month-long stays. On clear days, you can see the view of Hallasan Mountain. It is 10 minutes from Pyoseon Beach, the city center, and Hanaro Mart; 1 minute from Shineville Golf Course; 40 minutes from Jeju Airport; and 25 minutes from Seongsan Ilchulbong. Nearby tourist attractions include Jeju Folk Village, Jeju Herb Garden, Gasi-ri Canola Flower Road, and about 4 to 5 volcanic cones. You will have exclusive use of the entire 37-pyeong detached house on a 110-pyeong plot of land. BBQ is available in the outdoor yard on the first floor, and you can use the outdoor jacuzzi pool on the outdoor terrace on the second floor. All three rooms have bathrooms.
