Additionally, there is a water tap for a quick wash after visiting the beach. The parking lot is spacious, so parking is not an issue. The neighborhood is quiet, allowing for a comfortable rest. I tell you, just come and see for yourself. Monthly rent is negotiable for one-month stays during peak season; please contact me separately. The basic occupancy is 4 people, with a maximum of 2 additional guests allowed for a total of 6 people. Please chat separately regarding additional guests.
