The owner is incredibly kind and it's a comfortable, quiet place to rest! They keep providing food for us ㅠㅠㅠㅠ♡ There are famous restaurants within 5 minutes, and it's close to Seongsan Ilchulbong, Pyeongsan Beach, Aqua Planet, and Udo, which is great^^ I stayed here for a month and it's a place I'd like to visit again when my child grows up!

The host was very kind and friendly. I could hear the birds singing every morning and breathe in the fresh air, which was wonderful. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay with my dog.

After much deliberation, I decided to take a trip to Jeju with my medium-sized and large dog during the long holiday. Arriving, I was so happy I made the right choice. It was a pristine area with fresh air and even fireflies. And the neighborhood was quiet, so walking was a breeze. I had to go out several times a day to relieve myself, but the quiet neighborhood made for a great walk. (However, since the neighborhood dog park is open, you have to plan your route carefully. Dogs are often quiet and good-natured. 😃 Jeju residents shouldn't report dogs wandering around the Jeju countryside like they do on land. They have a self-guided walk and return home system. 🤭) First of all, the best part about this accommodation is the dryer. Being by the sea, it was humid, and even in October, it felt like late summer. Mom enjoyed swimming in the ocean, so my clothes were always damp. Thanks to the dryer, I was able to enjoy my trip feeling dry. The air conditioning and boiler worked well, so I washed up with warm water and turned on the air conditioning to stay cool. (It's October and it's 30 degrees... Why did I bring a windbreaker? 🌞) You have to drive everywhere, but I really liked it because it's quieter than crowded places. (Kiwi is so sweet. 🥝🥝🥝🥝) The owner and his wife are so quiet, and they quietly tidy up the house every day. They're so quiet that you can't even tell they're right next to you. And every time we met, they ask me what I need and what's bothering me. I was so grateful. My Jeju life was peaceful. I spent two weeks exploring, discovering the best swimming spots, and even my favorite cafes, but it was so disappointing to come back like this. 🤟I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to relax quietly and alone. After a healing time, I've returned to the chaos of this life, but the warmth of the owner and his wife and their cozy tangerine-grove country life remain in my memory. If you're looking forward to visiting again and considering accommodations, I highly recommend making a reservation. As soon as we arrived at the accommodation, there were kiwis in the fridge. ** The fruit was so delicious, it was a sweet start to our month-long stay in Jeju. The first thing I saw when I opened the door was the blue sky and tangerine fields. Whether the weather was nice or rainy, the tangerine fields evoked the image of Jeju Island so beautifully!! I lived with my daughters, ages 6 and 2, and the best part was how quickly the room warmed up as soon as the boiler was turned on! Thanks to this, we managed to stay warm without catching a cold, even though it was very windy!! And there was a dryer, so I could dress the kids in fluffy clothes every day. One thing I wish I had was a portable clothes drying rack. There wasn't a proper place to hang my hand-washed clothes. ㅠㅠ Another great thing was that I could dispose of the trash right in front of the house. It was great to be able to immediately dispose of the waste. Every morning, she cleaned the house, frequently asked if anything was a problem or if I needed anything. She generously shared tangerines, kiwis, and sweet potatoes, which made my Jeju life so fulfilling. She also had a dog, and it barked at strangers, which made me feel safe. Amazingly, it stopped barking after seeing me a few times. Haha. I'm making great memories with my kids!!!

I stayed in the Seongsan area of Jeju Island for eight nights and nine days during my summer vacation. Traveling with my wife and six-year-old child, I wanted a comfortable and quiet place, and Myeongwol Guesthouse was perfect. Because it was a private house, I didn't have to worry about my child being too noisy. The accommodation was extremely clean and cozy, and most importantly, the owners were incredibly kind. They especially welcomed my son with such warmth, which helped him adjust quickly and have a great time. They provided us with fresh vegetables like watermelon, potatoes, and eggplant every day, and they were incredibly attentive in many ways. (Since we visited in the summer, they also provided us with plenty of their own vegetables.) The accommodation was also close to major tourist attractions like Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak, Seopjikoji, Aqua Planet, Haenyeo Village, and Pyoseon Beach. It was also located in a quiet village, which allowed us to rest well at night. My child slept well, and we were able to relax. I highly recommend this accommodation to families. If you're looking for a "homey feeling" in Jeju, definitely consider this accommodation. This is a place I definitely want to stay again on my next trip.

I came here to stay for a month with my two children. The accommodation was very clean and the owner and his wife were all kind, so it was really nice while I was there. The accommodation was bigger than I thought, so the bedroom and kitchen/living room were separate, which was convenient. There was even a washer and dryer, so I used them comfortably. However, since I kept cooking while living for a month, the refrigerator was too small, so it was a little inconvenient. If only the refrigerator was a little bigger..., but I kept changing the side dish container to a smaller one and got along well. It was about 7km from Seongsan Sunrise Peak, but it wasn't too far. I checked the tide and went often, caught a lot of horned conch and sea urchins, and the kids had a lot of fun in the ocean during the month. If I get the chance, I definitely want to go again.

I was worried about traveling with a 9-year-old, but when I saw the accommodations, I felt instantly at ease. It's just like my grandmother's house in the countryside... There's absolutely no pollution, and it's a place where going out for a drink during the sunset is so relaxing. The owner was so kind and generous with food, but we couldn't finish it all, since there were only two of us. ^^ It's close to Aqua Planet and Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak... I'm planning to come back for another month. ^^
