The sea in front of the accommodation, various amenities inside the building including a convenience store, Holly's Coffee, and a BBQ restaurant. Many convenient facilities nearby, such as sand-washing areas. Convenient access to Minlak Seafood Center, the bicycle path, and Minlak The Market. For Busan's pride, Dwaeji Gukbap (Pork Soup), visit Galmaetgil Dwaeji Gukbap near the accommodation. If you are planning a drive in Haeundae, we highly recommend having a meal at Centum Sikdak 3-seon (Pork and Milmyeon - Lunch Special at 3 PM) followed by a drive to Haeundae, Marine City, Dongbaek Island, Dalmaji Hill, Songjeong Beach, Hilton Ananti, and Yonggungsa Temple. Gwangalli is the ultimate mecca for barefoot walking on the beach early in the morning, in the evening, and at night. Drone shows every Saturday evening and Gwangalli Market. Although you can see the sea from the side, it is great to enjoy the ocean view while having tea on the 21st-floor rooftop. The accommodation is a studio, but it has been remodeled. It is clean and well-equipped with amenities, making it the perfect place for a one-month stay. Experience it for yourself! I took these photos with the current tenant's consent. Also, you won't find another officetel with parking as convenient as an apartment. Parking extends down to the 5th basement level, plus a parking tower. You can use it for free if you stay for a month. (Currently, parking costs 25,000 KRW per day, but is free for tenants.)
