A 24-hour GS convenience store is located on the first floor of the building, and to the side and back of the accommodation are a seafood center, various restaurants, coffee shops, and karaoke rooms. The Turtle Island Wave Park surfing site is within a 10-minute drive. Right in front of the accommodation is a park with a wide-open ocean view where you can take a walk, and there is also a playground area for children. There is also a bicycle path that leads to Daebudo Island. ☆ We always do our utmost to maintain cleanliness, including cleaning and disinfection. We look forward to your stay. ♡ Ansan Bandalseom Lifetime Ocean View~♡ - As shown in the photos, this is a brand-new building where move-ins began not long ago. - You can enjoy an unobstructed, panoramic ocean view of Ansan. - The living room features a U-shaped kitchen/home bar, and the bedroom is a duplex. It includes a vanity and numerous built-in wardrobes for storing clothes. - It is fully furnished, so you will experience no inconvenience during your stay. - Blinds are installed to block sunlight, and the grout has been finished for a neat and tidy appearance. - There is a spacious ocean-view balcony where you can hang laundry. - Move-in is conducted remotely. - Once your contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage guidelines. - Additional charges will apply for indoor smoking or damage. - Pets are strictly prohibited (a special cleaning fee of 150,000 KRW will be charged). - The standard occupancy is 2 people. A small additional fee will apply if the standard occupancy is exceeded. - Please separate and recycle waste upon check-out. - The TV is a Google TV, allowing you to watch Netflix, YouTube, and more. - Internet is installed.
