Cozy and comfortable 3-room apartment

It was wonderful! The accommodation has 3 rooms with plenty of bedding, so even when a large family gathered, there was no shortage of space. Since this was my first time using LiveAnywhere, I didn't take review photos, but the pictures match the property description perfectly. Both the Jiggegol and Motgol station areas have elevators, and it's downhill, so it takes only 5-10 minutes to get out. There's a bus stop right in front of the convenience store, with buses to Gwangalli, Haeundae, Seomyeon, and Busan Station, making it very convenient.

I usually stay at hotels, but this was my first time using this property and I was really satisfied ♥️ The biggest advantage of this place is that it's very quiet, giving the feeling of staying in a private villa. The interior of the house is also really beautiful and I would like to use it again next time. The host was very kind and responded quickly, which was great. It felt like I spent a comfortable time in a beautiful home. Thank you.

I had a very comfortable stay.

It was not a trip, but a 6-week stay near the residence, so I had to be able to live comfortably, but I was able to live very comfortably. The refrigerator was large and had enough dishes, and the island and table were right next to each other, so I could use it for meals and for the kids to do their homework. There was a washing tower, so I didn't have to worry about laundry, and it was even better because there was a drying rack on the veranda in the bedroom.^^ The bedding was especially good!! There were 4 of us, including two children, but they gradually said they wanted to sleep separately, so we laid out a blanket and slept in the living room or in the screen room. The bedding was spacious and very comfortable. The bathrooms were both good-sized, and the basic items provided were comfortable.^^ Oh, it was the second floor without a lower floor, so the kids were comfortable without any worries, and the recycling center was right in front of us, so it was very comfortable!! It was cold, so we couldn't go for a walk, but there was a mini walker and a simple exercise facility~ It was easy to get out of the apartment's main gate and catch the bus! Everything was good. It's so good that I really want to live here^^ I believe that both travelers and long-term stayers will be satisfied~~

My apartment needed a month to live due to elevator replacement work, so I searched and found a place not too far away. I stayed for a month starting May 6th, and the place was clean and well-equipped with most of the tools for long-term living. There was a washing machine and dryer tower, and most of the things I needed for daily life, such as a rice cooker and dishes, were provided. It was on the second floor and the recycling center was right in front, so it was convenient in many ways. There was also a state-of-the-art vacuum cleaner and robot vacuum cleaner, as well as a small clothes dryer. There was a dryer, so I didn't really use the small dryer. The vacuum cleaner was a type that automatically collected dust in a dust bag when I plugged it in after use. It was nice that I only had to collect it once every few months and throw it away, so there was nothing for the guest to throw away during my stay. It's easy to get around Busan by car. Sometimes I feel a little disappointed that there is no microwave. Compared to other hotels or condos, I think it's a great value for money for long-term stays. The host is also very kind^^

It was a very satisfying accommodation~ Since the structure is similar to the house I live in, I guess it's because I'm used to it, and the kids had a great time~ Also, the bedding was spacious and there was a washer and dryer, so it was great~~ The location was close to Gijang and Haeundae, but the date I went was a holiday anyway, so it was very late, but I definitely want to use it again next time I go to Busan The host was very kind and he was considerate of the check-in time because the kids were young~ Thanks to the host, I'm making more good memories of Busan~! Always be healthy and happy!!

I visited Busan for education and stayed there for 3 weeks. I really liked how the host meticulously reflected feedback. Thanks to that, I was able to stay comfortably. Not only was the space clean, but it also had all the basic necessities for living, so I had no difficulties living there. It was also nice that it was quiet because it was an apartment complex nearby. I would visit again next time I visit Busan!!!! It was such a satisfying accommodation.
