With four non-transferable golf memberships within the complex (two at Springdale and two at Shineville Park), green fees and cart fees are available for 80,000 KRW per person on weekdays (provided for stays of one year or more). 1. Duplex (The living room has an open ceiling, creating a spacious feel; the upper level is approximately 20 pyeong wide with high ceilings). 2. The south-facing living room offers a refreshing ocean view. 3. The view of Mt. Halla from the room across the hall is unobstructed. 4. The view of the wide open tangerine orchards overlooking the apartment is as beautiful as a garden. Even just staying in the living room feels like being in a café with a great view. 5. The complex is clean and tidy thanks to its excellent management system. 6. It is located 300 to 400 meters up the main road from Iljudong-ro towards Wimi Port, making it safe and easy to take a walk to Wimi Port. There is the newly built Wimiway Bridge and a yacht marina at Wimi Port.
