1. Our house is a private accommodation for 3 people who want to heal quietly, and additional people and parties are possible. 2. Please take off your shoes when entering the indoor area. 3. Please refrain from cooking food that produces a lot of odor for the sake of the next guests. 4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. Smoking in the guestroom will result in a penalty of 100,000 won. 5. Please do not move the furniture. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if you move the furniture. 6. Additional laundry and repurchase fees will be charged for damage to items or stains that are difficult to repair. If you notify us immediately when a comforter is dirty, most items can be repaired. 7. We are not responsible for any accidents or losses caused by negligence while using the room. 8. Due to the nature of apartment buildings, please be especially careful not to make noise late at night for the sake of your neighbors. 9. When leaving or going out, make sure to turn off the electricity/boiler/heating appliances.
