Utility bills will be deducted from the security deposit provided by the guest. Guests are charged only for the amount of utility they use. Please take photos of the electricity, water, and gas meters after check-in. The BBQ area is located in front of the private house and is available for free at any time. If you request a BBQ at the office, the fee is 30,000 won for a group of 4 (grill, charcoal, and tongs included). Smoking is prohibited indoors. There is an additional fee of 30,000 won for bringing a pet dog. Please bring all items used by your dog.
