Please use the outdoor kitchen. - We apologize to guests who are fishing. Visits are not allowed. - After visiting the beach, please wash your swimwear, towels, etc., with water at the outdoor water tap. If sand gets into the washing machine or dryer, the product may be damaged, and you may be required to pay compensation. - Only the outdoor BBQ grill, torch, and tongs are provided. Please dispose of charcoal and trash after use. BBQ usage fee separate, advance reservation required. - Noise and bath additives are prohibited when using the outdoor jacuzzi late at night. Jacuzzi usage fee separate, advance reservation required. - Additional guest fees will be charged for guests visiting without prior consent or if guests stay past 11 PM. - We are not responsible for any safety accidents, damage to valuables, or loss caused by the tenant's negligence during the stay. - As this is a private septic tank facility, please do not flush foreign objects such as toilet paper down the toilet. You will be responsible for high repair costs in the event of a breakdown. - Additionally, please adhere to the facility guidelines sent upon completion of your reservation.
