6 nights and 7 days at a country house with kids I made a sudden reservation at a country house in Yeongju with the expectation that it would be fun to simply experience a country house with my kids. I wanted to show them how comfortable we live and how our elders lived in the past, and let them experience it for themselves. However, as the reservation date approached, my anxiety increased. Will I be able to do well? Will it be too cold?? The country experience that started with half anticipation and half fear was successful, contrary to my worries! The first week was unusually cold, but the country house we chose was a warm house with sunlight from morning to evening. We boiled boiled chicken in a cauldron with the kids, and ate boiled chicken in a warm room, and boiled clam soup and ate clams outside in the warm sunlight. It wasn't easy to turn on the cauldron and light a fire in the stove, but the kids were so grateful for the food that we had worked hard and waited for a long time, and they ate it well as if they were hungry. The country house was warmer and more fun than we thought. Honestly, the bathroom was very cold, but that was okay~ Thanks to the cold bathroom, we went to a public bathhouse while we were in the countryside with the kids, so the kids liked it more~ It was my first time going to Yeongju. I remember going to a funeral a long time ago, but it was my first time traveling. When I said I was going to Yeongju with the kids on this trip, the most common question I got was, "What's there in Yeongju?" While traveling to Yeongju with the kids, Seonbi World was the best tourist attraction I've been to twice. We went to the Ginseng Museum, World Bean Science Museum, and Baekdudaegan V-Train from Yeongju Station to Cheoram. In addition, Sosu Seowon, Seonbi Village, and Bulguksa Temple were close to the accommodation. We grilled marshmallows with the kids and grilled fish. The kind host often asked how we were doing and if there were any inconveniences. The accommodation was fully prepared without anything missing. I used the **s that I had brought just in case. Sometimes there were things that were past their due date, so I was worried, but this place wasn't like that. I felt like the host was taking good care of everything~~^^. Thanks to that, it was a perfect trip.

My wonderful Yeongju countryside getaway!! The host's attention to detail was evident throughout the house, and I had a comfortable stay, with nothing missing. I only lived here for a week, and I wanted to live here forever😍 I went with my dog and had a blast. I played with the neighborhood dog so well, it was great!! We even had a fire pit and kept warm in the fireplace. The magic of eating outside makes everything taste delicious!! The neighborhood is quiet, so there's no noise, and the neighbors are friendly. A great place to relax!! It was absolutely wonderful! 🤍🤍👍👍

I spent a month in a proper Dokchaechon house, quietly healing without being disturbed. I cooked chicken soup in a cauldron, grilled meat over charcoal, and had such a fun and happy time with my dog. If I get the chance, I would definitely want to live there for a month again!! The owners are so kind and take care of everything, and they let us pick lettuce and perilla leaves from the garden and let us eat them, so they were so delicious when we ate meat.
