Our accommodation is a semi-basement (lower floor) villa, but it has the advantage of being cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter than the ground floor, and it is a comfortable and cozy accommodation with an exclusive area of 23 pyeong (approximately 32 pyeong for sale). It is conveniently located near Soesokkak Beach, making it great for taking a walk, and the surrounding tourist attractions are also conveniently located, with restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets all within walking distance. Jeju in particular has a serious garbage problem, but it is convenient to have a clean house within the complex, so you can easily dispose of your garbage at any time. Each room is equipped with a queen-size or larger bed, providing bedding for six guests, with each room accommodating two people. To ensure that you will not experience any inconvenience while living in Jeju, we have high-quality cutlery sets, plates, glasses, mugs, wine glasses, spoon sets, pots and frying pans, etc. that are sturdy and of good quality. In one corner, there is a microwave oven, a Delonghi electric kettle, an electric rice cooker, and an electric mixer for making simple meals. The modern and clean bathroom features the latest bidet and faucets with children's functions, as well as a semi-bathtub to relieve travelers' fatigue. The front veranda, which is the biggest advantage of our accommodation, is a wide veranda measuring 8m wide x 2.4m long. It is equipped with artificial grass, outdoor-style lighting, flowers, and a dining table set. On one side, there is a wide space where you can pitch a tent to give it the feel of outdoor camping.
