12개월 막내와 함께 제주도에 오는 것은 처음이라 1주일 정도 머물 집을 찾아보았습니다. 아이들을 위해 잔디 마당이 있고 해수욕이 가능한 바다가 가까웠으면 좋겠다는 조건으로 찾던 중 엄마의 갬성까지 충족시켜주는 예쁜 집을 발견하고 서둘러 예약을 했어요. 바다 앞 주택이라 벌레가 많을까 걱정했는데 잘 관리해주시는 덕분에 제가 감당할 수 있는 범위 정도만 보였습니다. 가장 큰 장점인 앞 마당에서는 아이와 함께 달리기, 곤충 찾기, 물총 쏘기를 하며 즐겁게 지냈어요. 마당에 수도가 있어서 모래 묻은 발을 씻고 튜브를 말리기에 정말 편했습니다. 우도로 가는 배편은 금, 토, 일요일에만 운항했는데 차를 타고 10초면 도착할 정도로 가까워서 너무 편리했어요. 배가 뜨는 날에 맞춰 우도를 가는 일정을 짜니 성산까지 갈 필요가 없었고, 탈것을 좋아하는 아이도 구경거리가 많아서 좋아했습니다. 숙소 앞 바다에서 물놀이하는 사람들이 많았고 뷰가 좋아서 지나가던 여행객들이 발을 담그고 가기도 했는데, 그런 모습을 보며 이곳에 머물고 있다는 생각에 뿌듯함을 느꼈습니다. 동네 자체도 너무 예뻤어요. 산책하며 지나가다 모래놀이 가능한 카페도 있고 늦게까지 영업하는 돌판 오겹살 집도 있는데 정말 숨은 맛집입니다. 근처 블루리본 맛집인 순이네소금바치도 차로 금방이고 유명한 목화휴게소도 가까워서 좋았어요. 유일하게 아쉬웠던 점은 샤워기 수압이 조금 약했다는 것입니다. 강한 수압을 선호하시는 분은 고압 헤드를 준비해오시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 떠나려니 정말 아쉽네요. 다음에는 더 오래 머물러야겠어요. 제가 다시 예약할 수 있을 정도로만 유명해져 주세요🤭

I spent two wonderful weeks with this house. The best moments were in the early mornings when the children were still sleeping, sitting in a camping chair under the gurum tree in the yard, reading a book with a cup of coffee. I was captivated by the sounds of birds, wind, and rustling leaves, and it was truly precious to have time entirely to myself. I often visit Jeju because I love its wind, and I was able to fully embrace that wind in this house's yard. With the children, I mainly enjoyed swimming and snorkeling at Sehwa, Woljeong-ri, and Gimnyeong beaches, and Conan Beach was the best among them. The barbecue we enjoyed in the yard after swimming was another cherished memory this house gave us. When you climb Jimibong early in the morning, which welcomes us at every corner of the neighborhood, a wonderful view comes into sight. Seongsan Ilchulbong and Seopjikoji, which I revisited on a windy day, were surprisingly beautiful. We also stopped by Sososo Bookshop and Ojo Badatga Bookshop to pick out a book each for the children and myself. I would like to visit again, and next time, I hope there would be more dishes available.

I searched for a long-term monthly accommodation in Jeju for a very long time because I wanted to rest quietly alone. I wanted a place that wasn't too remote, but also not crowded with tourists, and this place was perfect. Above all, I loved that I could stay with my dog and that there was a lawn. The accommodation is right in front of the port leading to Udo, so it's great for taking walks while enjoying the sea in the morning and evening. Walking along the coastal road with my dog every day was truly blissful. At night, lying in bed, I could hear the gentle sound of waves, which brought peace to my mind and gave me a sense of rest for my tired body and soul from my busy daily life. Parking was available exclusively right in front of the accommodation, which was really convenient when moving luggage or traveling, and I was satisfied with even these small details. I was worried because it's an old house, but it was maintained so well that it was clean and comfortable to stay in without any inconvenience. I would confidently recommend this accommodation to those planning a quiet, healing month-long stay in Jeju, especially those who want to enjoy Jeju with their pets. If I get the chance, I'd like to visit again.

This accommodation in Jongdal-ri, Jeju was really great for a family trip. The spacious yard was perfect for the kids to run around and play. In the evening, we would just sit in the yard and enjoy the breeze, which was very relaxing. The quiet atmosphere of Jongdal-ri matched the accommodation perfectly :) With 3 rooms total, we had plenty of space. We used one room for storing luggage and suitcases, one as a bedroom, and the other empty room was perfect for spreading out blankets on the floor for my young son to sleep comfortably 🤍 It felt more like temporarily living in Jeju rather than staying at a complicated hotel, which made it even better. I recommend this place to families who want to rest quietly together. I'm sharing some photos taken during morning walks and a few photos taken while exploring the area ^^

I spent a week in the quiet and secluded village of Jongdal-ri. It was the perfect destination for our first family trip with our dog. I was looking for a place with a yard for the dog to run around and a beach nearby, and this place met both requirements! It was conveniently located for exploring the eastern part of Jeju, and the nearby Sehwa and Hado beaches were within walking distance, making for great walks. Watching the sunrise and sunset up close in the morning and evening was a healing experience in nature. My parents coveted a house like this, too. It was an unforgettable and blissful week!!!! Every evening, the sky seemed to be filled with stars. It was a sight I longed to see every day. This is a place I'll want to return to every year, leisurely.

I had already spent a week living on the west side of Jeju. The house was absolutely wonderful. A spacious yard with flowers and trees. The sound of waves you could hear while sitting in the yard, the moon and stars in the night sky. Memories of chatting while having a barbecue. The rooms were also very spacious and nice. It was a wonderful house with everything needed for a long-term stay. My younger sibling's family who visited briefly also loved it so much. We will definitely visit again next time!

During my two-week stay, I visited all the recommended restaurants and was able to spend time comfortably without any inconvenience. It was very convenient to get around as Udo Ferry Terminal, Sehwa, and Seongsan were all within about 10 minutes by car. Thanks to the three spacious rooms, I didn't feel cramped. I especially enjoyed spending quality time in the well-maintained, spacious yard where we caught dragonflies and had water gun fights.

After spending two weeks in Jeju, I'm writing this review as soon as I get home. As a working couple, it's not easy for us to stay in Jeju for two weeks unless it's a long holiday, so this Chuseok holiday was truly precious. That's why we meticulously selected our accommodations and booked them as soon as the reservation dates opened. With two children, our requirements were clear: 1️⃣ Two or more bedrooms, 2️⃣ A private house where we wouldn't have to worry about other people, 3️⃣ Right on the ocean, perfect for fishing, 4️⃣ And a lawn. This place met all four of these criteria. My first impression upon arrival was, honestly, "The host was terrible at taking photos!" 😊 The interior was much cozier and warmer than the photos, the yard was filled with greenery, and the harbor view from there was breathtaking. Spending evenings sitting at the table and enjoying the cool breeze was truly healing. Jongdal-ri is a rural Jeju neighborhood, but it's also home to a wealth of delicious restaurants. The Gujwa area is a hot spot these days, so I spent a whole day driving along the coastal road, exploring Sehwa Market, Gujwa's beaches, and various cafes. It's quiet yet easily accessible, so I enjoyed swimming at Jongdal-ri Beach, while shopping or visiting cafes along the way was fun. Seongsan Ilchulbong is also close by, so going to see the sunrise was a breeze. Returning from Udo Island was conveniently located right next to the hotel. A trip to Yongnuni Oreum felt like a quick hike back home. And for fishing enthusiasts, this place is a true paradise. Just a 30-second walk away are numerous fishing spots, and the fish are visible to the naked eye. I could fish any time of day or night, and even caught two octopuses with a trap! The barbecue in the yard was the best part. Black pork specialty restaurants are expensive and there's the issue of hiring a designated driver, but buying black pork from Gujwa Hanaro Mart and grilling it in the yard, along with the Jeju breeze, made for a perfect dinner. We enjoyed a barbecue five times in two weeks. Of course, because it's an old house, there were the occasional bug, and the bathroom wasn't up-to-date, but even with my penchant for cleanliness, it wasn't too inconvenient. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was the slightly higher toilet seat. Still, I was extremely satisfied in every way, and on the last day of my 15-day stay, I couldn't help but think, "I made a really good choice." I think I'll miss Jongdal-ri for a long time.

This was my first house in Jeju! It was a really great place to stay! I think I was able to stay comfortably in the place thanks to the kind host. Before checking in, he kindly told me about the best restaurants and hot places in Jongdal-ri, and even where to separate waste! The exterior looks like an old house, but the interior was really as good as a hotel. There were three rooms in total, including a bedroom, an ondol room, and a dressing table. I like reading books and writing a diary, and there was a desk in the living room, so it was good to write a diary when I finished my day, and I think it would be good for people who are on a workation because I could sit at the desk and read a book! It was nice that the work space and the bedroom were separate! The bedding in the bedroom was so fluffy and warm that it was hard to get up. I was able to sleep well for two weeks. There was also enough space to cook, so it was perfect for eating! The most regrettable thing was that I couldn't do anything on the lawn because it was cold in the winter. It would have been perfect to sit under a big tree and read a book or have a picnic. If I have a chance to visit next year, I definitely want to visit again! The accommodation is really good. I really want to recommend it to you all! The location of this accommodation was nice because if you pass the yard and cross the small crosswalk, you can see the harbor and the sea. If you walk along the coastal road, you can see Borom Warehouse, Eungbulteok Udo Observatory, Salt Bachi Sooni's, and the migratory bird map. In the village, there is the famous Book Cafe Bookmark, Deside On, a famous gosari banmi restaurant, and Jongdal Convenience Store, which has delicious wasabi kimbap. It was the best. It was only a 20-minute walk to the recycling center, and less than 5 minutes by car, so it wasn't inconvenient for me! Even if it's not near the accommodation, if you go into Jongdal-ri Village, you'll find Monuet, a famous canelé restaurant, Manna Bakery, a famous salt bread restaurant, the sea that doesn't look like a sea with tteokbokki and fresh carrot juice, a brunch cafe, Place Eungmul, Jeju Momong Snap Photo Studio that takes pictures with flower pots, and Dalicent, a prop shop that sells various scents! I highly recommend it to those who want to relax and heal in Jeju Jongdal-ri and have a Jeju travel atmosphere(?)!! + It's not too far from Gujwa-rang, so it's a great place to travel to Gujwa & Sehwa at once! + The host is really kind and responds really quickly! We got married after dating for 8 years, and 6 of our years were long-distance, so we didn't have enough time together. So we decided to stick together and have some time for ourselves on our honeymoon, so we decided to stay in Jeju Island for a month! We looked for a place to stay for a month, and we found a place that had basic facilities (cooking, laundry, haha) where we could live for a month in a quiet Jeju-like neighborhood. + We looked for a place that could accommodate additional people in case our parents or friends visited during our honeymoon!! I came across this place ㅎ The fact that there was no additional cost for additional people staying for a short time was also a merit, and the photo of the barbecue in the yard in the photo introducing the accommodation was really attractive~ The weather was bad and windy during the month of March when I was there... but on the two days when my friends came to visit, the weather was so good that we had a barbecue in the yard and watched the stars in the night sky~ That day was one of the top 3 best days in Jeju so good~ I thought it was a good decision to choose this accommodation ㅎ I don't sleep deeply, so even at home, I can't sleep for days if the bedding is changed, but here, I slept really well ㅋ Every time I traveled to Jeju, there were many times when I couldn't sleep due to the surrounding noise, the sound of the ocean, etc. but this accommodation was really quiet, and thanks to the cypress interior, I was able to sleep really well, which was nice!! As others have said, There is a boat to Udo right in front, so even if you come back exhausted after an exciting bike ride on Udo, it was so nice to be right home as soon as you get off the boat 👍 It was nice to be able to stay comfortably in someone else's house, but if I had to pick a downside, it would be that the ceiling is low because it's an old house, so tall people might feel uncomfortable. You have to be careful because you keep hitting your head in the entrance and when you go to the bathroom. Those who are sensitive to bathroom cleanliness might be a little concerned about the problems caused by moisture.
