Please read the information below carefully and make your reservation if you agree to it. ■ Notice before reservation: We would appreciate it if you could briefly leave the purpose of use of the accommodation and personal information (gender, age, contact information) of one person other than the person making the reservation. ■ Note - There are no home appliances such as a gas range, large refrigerator, or washing machine. There is only a small refrigerator that can hold water^^ - Bedding is provided as a mattress, pillow, and blanket placed on the floor, not on the bed! - There is no separate parking lot. Please note that you must park on the street. ■ Notes 1) ★★Prohibited Items★★ As stated in the operating policy, events, loud noises, smoking, cooking, and use of fire-hazardous items are prohibited. This is a general residential building vulnerable to noise from the upstairs neighbors. If there is a complaint, you may be forced to leave immediately, so please be especially careful about noise. Thank you. ★★★ 2) Smoking is prohibited in the bathroom★★★ and if you violate this, you may be charged 500,000 won for wallpaper replacement and deodorization. Please be especially careful as this is usually used as a classroom for children. 3) Waste separation is mandatory★★★! We would appreciate it if you could use the waste separation bin on the veranda. 4) Please do not wear shoes indoorsㅠ!! Slippers are provided. 5) If the standard number of people is not met, a fee of 100,000 won per person will be charged. 6) ★★★ Do not attach double-sided tape, etc. to curtains and walls. Since the wallpaper has just been painted and is pure white, even if you just pick up the wall, it will leave a stain that cannot be removed. Please be especially careful with the wallpaper. If the wallpaper is damaged, the entire painting cost may be charged. 9) If curtains, blankets, pillows, towels, etc. are contaminated with cosmetics/blood/food, a special cleaning fee will be charged. 10) Please do not touch the books and items on the white bookshelf as they are used for children's classes. We compare photos of the entire accommodation before and after rental^^★★★ ■ Other heating methods If the temperature is raised by only 1-2 degrees from the room temperature, it will become very hot. If it is set to 3 degrees or more from the room temperature and left for a long time, the temperature in the heating pipes may become excessively high, causing problems, so please keep this in mind. (I will provide information based on an actual case that occurred last winter.) Utility bills will not be charged separately unless they are significantly exceeded based on the meter, which will be checked before and afterward. ^^ Since it is winter, heating costs will be higher, but since it is for 2 people, I don't think they will exceed the limit, and if the utility bill is expected to be more than 50,000 won more than what you paid based on the meter, a portion of it may be deducted from the deposit!
