This is a cozy and warm studio apartment located about a 10-minute walk from Mia-sageori Station. The walk from the station takes you past a traditional market, allowing you to experience the friendly atmosphere of the neighborhood. It is situated in a quiet residential area, with a playground right in front, providing a relaxed environment. Additionally, there is a Mega Coffee on the main road in front of the building, making it convenient to grab a cup of coffee whenever you feel like it. The apartment receives plenty of sunlight, creating a naturally bright and warm atmosphere during the day. As a small, cozy studio, it is most recommended for single occupancy. A single bed is provided, making it a comfortable space for one person. It is also possible for two people to share the space. While we can provide an extra mattress, the space is not particularly large, so it may feel a bit cramped for two people. Therefore, we recommend it for one person to live comfortably.
