(This includes stains that cannot be removed by laundry.) 📍Maintenance Fees and Utilities (Electricity, Water, Gas)📍 ✔️For contracts of one month or longer, payment must be made via bank transfer in advance upon check-in. ✔️★Caution★ If you use excessive electricity or gas, you may be charged additional fees upon check-out. ✔️During the winter season (November to March), city gas usage will be settled based on actual consumption upon check-out.
