It was a clean first-floor unit in an officetel. I thought the view might be lacking since it was on the first floor, but I actually enjoyed the scenery by going out anyway, and being on the first floor made it convenient to get around. You can use the gym (though I skipped it because of my grueling schedule...). There are places to eat just a short walk away, and it is convenient to have a convenience store on the first floor. Since it is located in Jungmun, it was convenient for traveling around the western part of Jeju.

Although the space was small, the expansive view allowed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the clean and well-organized accommodations~~^^

I planned a 26-day stay in Jeju Island to create precious memories during my child's first summer vacation from elementary school, and I spent more than half of it at this accommodation. The host sent me a helpful guidebook when I first checked in, and the place was clean and tidy, so I had a wonderful time! ^^!! Pros: 1. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to inquiries or requests. 2. A library, Nonghyup Mart, an ice cream stand, a pharmacy, and a coin laundromat are all within a 5-15 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and tourist attractions nearby. This was the best part about staying with my child! 3. When I lay down on the bed, I could see the ocean through the window. Waking up to the ocean every morning was the most memorable experience. 4. The management fee is included, so unless there's a special reason, there's no additional charge. 5. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including those recommended by the host. (Otto Donut, Suduri Bomal Kalguksu (no takeout), Halla Noodles, etc.) 6. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, and the necessary appliances were provided. The refrigerator was quite large, which was really nice, and it was stocked with ***** items. 7. I was worried because it was an officetel, but there was no noise between floors. 8. Jeju Island has separate recycling centers in each neighborhood, and you have to go there yourself. However, this one was just a 1-minute walk away, so I could dispose of my trash right away. When I booked another accommodation, the recycling center was so far away that I had to drive there, which was inconvenient. Accommodation Notes: 1. You can't hang your laundry on the rooftop; you have to hang it inside. On rainy days, I recommend the coin laundry dryer. 2. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, so I had to rush out. The resident told me it happens often and that the alarm would turn off quickly. I only heard it once in the 15 days I booked. 3. When I open the curtains in the morning, I see all these adorable cats huddled together. They're so adorable! ^^ Even as I write this review, I'm smiling because of the happy memories. Thank you, and if I get the chance, I'd love to stay here again~~^^

The accommodation was much cleaner and better than the photos ~ The view was not visible from the photos, but the ocean was visible at a glance. It felt quite high because it was on the 3rd or 4th floor, so the view was good. In particular, on rainy days, the small garden in front of the window was so wet and so nice. The sound of the rain was also so nice. ㅠ It felt like a transparent tent on the lawn? I stayed for 31 nights and rested very comfortably. The soundproofing was good, and I worked out while using the gym. It was nice to walk along the Olle Trail and Saekdal Beach next to the accommodation. I was so happy to read a book on the beach while waiting for the sunset at Gangjeong Port ~ If I come to Jeju next time, I will definitely come back here. Since I am a woman alone, security is important, but this place is really safe, has double locks, CCTV, and it is quiet and I slept well without any anxiety. And the host was so kind and had a bright voice, so I always felt good every time I talked to him ~ It felt like he gave me some bright energy!! I had a really comfortable and relaxing time -(_ _)- I will visit again next time I have the chance^^

It was a clean and comfortable accommodation, just like the pictures and description. My husband's health got worse, so I came here for a month to recuperate, but thanks to the comfortable accommodation, I gained weight and returned in better condition. The host answered my small questions and inquiries right away. I felt warm and grateful throughout my stay because he cared about my personal circumstances and cared for me. It was my first time in Jungmun, but the location was also great. It was easy to get around by car and it wasn't too crowded. I saw Mt. Halla, the ocean, and camellia flowers. Everything was good, but if I had to pick the best thing, it was the view from the large window when I opened the curtains. There's the simple beauty of small camellias, and every morning, the sky and ocean are different, and it's the first thing I see. I won't forget it. Will the accommodation be dirty? Will the host be unfriendly? What if there are inconveniences while staying for a month? For those who are worried because it is their first time staying for a month like me, I would like to recommend this accommodation.^^

I think you only need to bring a few clothes and your body. ** and **** **** have drying racks. It is convenient to shop and cook. The sea is a 10-minute walk away.
