-10 minutes away from bus stop, convenience store, cafe -There are restaurants nearby serving various types of food, including Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and burgers. -13 minutes away from Hanaro Mart, Nonghyup, and Post Office - Among the duplexes on the 2nd and 3rd floors, we use the larger room on the 3rd floor. - The terrace on the 3rd floor right next to it has an open view on all sides with an ocean view on the right and a mountain view in front. - Barbecue is available on the terrace, and camping equipment is available for free use if needed. - It's a quiet and safe neighborhood, and the sound of birds chirping every morning is beautiful. - I think it would be good for those who want to quietly rest/recharge. -The resident on the second floor (1 person) is an office worker. - Kitchen appliances and tableware are provided, so you can cook freely. - I think it would be good for people who want to use a wider space comfortably than a hotel or a small studio apartment.
