Newly built two-room country house with a ger installed in a yard with a rural feel in a green barley field

I stayed for 10 hot summer days. It's a shame I couldn't fully enjoy the yard due to the weather, but I was impressed when a bird flew in and played in the water when the yard sprinkler turned on the day I arrived. I'd like to visit again in spring or fall. The host responded quickly and kindly, so I could resolve any inquiries right away. When I entered the house, it had a neat and minimalist feel, which seemed to be thanks to the well-arranged essentials and decorative items. There were sufficient amenities to stay comfortably. I especially loved that there was both a washing machine and dryer, and the kitchen utensils showed almost no signs of use, suggesting they're replaced frequently. I come to Jeju every year around this time for a short stay, and the sanitation here seems more thorough than other houses, and there were hardly any bugs. Within a 10-minute drive, there are many places to visit including a book cafe, a green tea restaurant, bagels, an art museum, and a library, and the mart is also nearby. The location is quiet, so I spent the peak season peacefully. The neighborhood is great for walking, and I saw many people running from dawn. Although the bedroom felt small because the building sacrificed space for the yard, the fact that there's a grass yard is more appealing. The air conditioner works well, but it would be nice to have a fan for those in-between temperatures.

The host responded very quickly, making the booking process smooth and easy. The house was clean and well-organized, exactly as described, and I was particularly impressed by the spacious yard, terrace, and beautiful interior design. Thanks to the host's kindness, all my questions were easily resolved, and it was a wonderful experience where I could fully appreciate the leisurely atmosphere of rural Jeju.

The house matches the photos, but it shows some signs of use compared to the pictures~ Still, the maintenance seems to be kept clean! The sleeping area was comfortable~ and the location for getting around the west side wasn't bad either I liked that the surroundings were quiet and the sunlight comes in so well~ Since we were out and about, we mostly just rested at home and didn't use the ger at all, but it's nicely set up next to the house! However, the small bathroom had an odor so we didn't use it, and the trash disposal area was far away. I'd recommend it if you're looking for a quiet and cozy place to stay with your pet~

I didn't even check the location of the accommodation properly, but I booked it because it was so pretty after seeing only the photos of the accommodation. My husband wanted to go somewhere quiet, so we looked for a place in the countryside with a yard where the kids could run around and play, and we found this accommodation. It was my first time going to Jeju Island, and it was a place that gave me such great memories. When I entered the front door and looked around the accommodation one by one, there was no place that the owner's sincerity didn't go into. Even though I played in the water for 3 days during my week-long stay and sweated and walked around, I did my laundry at the accommodation and hung it outside to dry quickly, so I didn't have to do any laundry after my trip. If you go outside at night, you can see many stars. I even saw a shooting star. It's a quiet and healing accommodation, so I definitely want to visit again when I go to Jeju Island!! There's a black pork restaurant near the accommodation, and it's so delicious that I've been there 3 times. I definitely recommend it to anyone staying at the accommodation.

This house is located in a quiet and beautiful village. My mother and daughter, three generations of us, enjoyed our 18-night, 19-day stay. A dryer is essential for families with children, and having one made our stay comfortable. We often took walks around the neighborhood, and it was even better because there was a famous Jeju roasting cafe, a pork restaurant, a prop shop, a book cafe, a Korean buffet, and a convenience store all within a 10-minute walk. Geumneung Hyeopjae is about a 10-minute drive away. My child loved Geumneung Beach the most, and my grandmother loved the Hanaro Mart sauna. Haha. The cafe, book cafe, and prop shop were my favorites. The location and the condition of the accommodations made this house a perfect fit for all three generations of us.

The accommodation was beautiful, and the host was very friendly. The location was perfect for exploring the western part of Jeju, and it was conveniently located within walking distance of a delicious meat restaurant and coffee shop. Thanks to this, I had a wonderful end-of-year holiday. I'd love to come back again in the spring or fall.

I lived comfortably for two weeks without any inconvenience. There is a meat restaurant and a convenience store near my house, so I had no inconvenience at all in my life. I am thinking of going back again in June when the hydrangeas are in full bloom.

I was worried at first that it might be different from the pictures when I stayed there for 3 weeks in August (because I was disappointed that the first week's accommodation was different from the pictures), but... it was just as it was on the detailed page. I cooked a lot of meals at home, and the quality of the kitchenware was good. Almost all the supplies were provided, and the Nespresso coffee was so delicious during my stay. (It wasn't provided as a few, but in a box... I drank it every morning), and 3 people stayed there... I think it would be okay for 2-3 guests for a few days. (☆It was great that there were 2 bathrooms) When I checked in, the room was clean and had all the necessary items for living..(multi-tap charger ****, speaker (Balmuda product), a few books in case I was bored, AI watch, etc. It just felt like my home. The host was kind and sent me the items on his own. (When I ran out of laundry detergent, it arrived from Coupang, and he also sent me an air purifier...), and I was grateful that he contacted me occasionally to check if I needed anything or if there was anything inconvenient. I was worried about the management fee because I lived with the air conditioner on almost all the time because it was midsummer, but he returned the full amount 2-3 days after I checked out. I heard that other houses have arguments over the management fee... I drank a lot of coffee and used a lot of items during my 3 weeks there, so I thought it was okay not to return them, but he returned them as they were, so I felt like I had free money. Lastly, I want to live privately in the countryside, but I wish there were a good restaurant or a nice cafe nearby, a supermarket, a convenience store, a hospital (health center), and a pretty church... They just have it all. Geumneung, I went to Hyeopjaeju, but it was about 6km... Hankyung Nonghyup Hanaro Mart and Hankyung Library are also close. And the road to everywhere is so pretty. (In the fall, it's a tunnel road with colored leaves), (The road to Geumneung is a road next to a regular farm road) And the accommodation is good for taking pictures, (a good place for sunset), and the stars look really pretty at night. It's a good place for fireworks, and the house in front is the house of the owner of a nearby meat restaurant... When you go to the meat restaurant (reservation required), if you say you're from the house in front, they'll give you kimchi stew for free. (I got it 4 times) If I go to Jeju Island again, I've lived there for 3 weeks, so I want to live there for another week... It would be better in spring or fall.
