-The accommodation is attached to the wall of Yeongdeungpo Hospital, and Yeongdeungpo Medical School and Yeongnam University of Science and Technology are also attached, so the university district is right in front of the accommodation, and there are marts, convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, chicken restaurants, and Myeongdeok Market, so it is the best condition for living and the cost of living is relatively low. - Transportation is very convenient as Yeongdae Hospital Station and the city bus stop are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. -The location of the accommodation is excellent, with 8 stations (15 minutes) from Yeongdae Hospital Station to Dongdaegu Station and 4 stations (6 minutes) to Jungangno Station. -Parking is available on the first floor piloti space. When signing the contract, please be sure to text whether you will be parking your car and the number of people staying (parking is available for 1 car) - No pets allowed, so there is no noise caused by animals. - Although it is a multi-family house, it is mainly occupied by medical students, interns, residents, and nurses, so it is operated in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. However, you must be careful about noise between floors after moving in. - A bidet is installed in the bathroom, helping to create a more comfortable living environment. - For room 606, please be careful not to make noise when moving up and down the stairs on the duplex floor.
