It is adjacent to Buan Masil-gil Course 5. Tourist attractions such as Chaeseokgang, Gomso Port, Mohang Beach, Gomso Salt Field, and Naesosa Temple, as well as daily amenities like supermarkets and convenience stores, are accessible within 5 to 20 minutes. This is a 17-pyeong (approx. 56 sq ft) pension-style residence featuring a layout of 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen/living room, 1 bathroom, and 2 balconies. It is fully equipped with bedding, kitchenware, cable TV, wireless internet, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a vacuum cleaner, so you can simply bring yourself for a month-long stay. 🐾 Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. 💳 Utility Bill Settlement and General Management Fee: Gas (heating and hot water) and electricity meters are read upon check-in and check-out, respectively.
