- It is located in a very convenient area , 1-2 minutes away from Gongneung Station on Line 7 . -There are many village bus stops 2 minutes in front of the house and city bus stops 4 minutes away . - There is also a stop for the airport bus number 6100 going to Incheon Airport . -Transfer to Subway Line 6 at 1 stop (Taereung Entrance Station) -Transfer to Subway Line 4 at 3 stops (Nowon Station) -Transfer to Line 1 within 7 minutes by bus (Seokgye Station) - If you need parking, it is available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, since it is a pedestrian alley, only a maximum of 2 cars can be parked there. ❗ If 2 units are already set up, it is not possible. ❗ (!! This is a shared space for alley building units, not designated parking. Please make sure to write down a phone number where we can contact you.!!) -This is the first room occupied after recent painting/repairs. -The interior is modern and has an overall white tone. -The latest air conditioner has been installed. - A quiet, clean, and safe two-room apartment located a 2-minute walk from Gongneung Station on Subway Line 7. - It is a semi-basement with only 2 steps down, so it gets a lot of sunlight and is well ventilated. (Please refer to the photo) *Please note that the entrance and bathroom ceilings are low, so those taller than 160 cm should take note. -Move-in is conducted in person/non-face-to-face. -Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions for moving in and use. -The common entrance and front door password will be sent to you on the morning of the day of check-in. - Smoking is prohibited inside the building and indoors. If caught, a fine of 150,000 to 400,000 won will be imposed. Electronic cigarettes and reels are also prohibited. - 5 towels are provided as standard. ✔️If you plan to stay for more than a week, you can wash them in the washing machine provided. (Detergent and fabric softener provided)✔️ - Shower amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, rinse, body wash) are not provided . You must prepare it yourself. -Cooking is allowed. Please clean up after yourself. 🐶Pets are allowed without additional cost per pet.🐱 Please clean up after yourself. If the wallpaper or bedding is soiled, damaged, or otherwise disturbed, a recovery/repair fee will be charged separately from the check-out cleaning fee. If you bring a pet, a separate check-out cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged. 📍 Location and surroundings * The location of the accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Gongneung Station/Gongneung Market when taking city bus number 105/146 from Seoul. * When using the subway, it is a 1-2 minute walk from Exit 3 of Gongneung Station. * It is well equipped with convenient facilities such as large marts, convenience stores, and hospitals. * There are many restaurants and walking trails within walking distance.
