This is a clean and simple white home. You can view the Taehwa River from the veranda. The bathroom is dry-type, allowing you to walk around comfortably barefoot, and features underfloor heating. You can rest quietly without any noise between floors. There are cafes and restaurants inside the National Garden just across the road, making it convenient to visit. Hanaro Mart is just one stop away, and Donggang Hospital is located next door. We have prepared everything so that you can stay comfortably and cozily, just like at home. We are doing our best to maintain the property in a clean condition. * The standard occupancy is 2 people; there is an additional charge for extra guests. * In case of excessive usage, the amount remaining after deducting the allocated management fee will be billed additionally after meter reading.
