  • お部屋内部設備の問題ではなく、外部的要因による事象は返金事由に該当しません。

  • すべてのお部屋は室内禁煙です。チェックアウト後に喫煙が確認された場合、清掃費用30万ウォンが発生します。

  • チェックイン・チェックアウト時の物品・家具の損傷トラブル防止のため、動画および詳細写真の撮影を推奨します。損傷が発生した場合、追加料金が発生することがあります。
