There are no changes to peak season rates. 1/3 Quiet country villa. 2/3 Arts majors (instruments, vocals, etc.) are highly welcome. Noise is not a concern. Surrounded by nature and situated along a valley. Perfect for healing in a tranquil, silent paradise for those sensitive to noise. 3/3 No residential areas, busy roads, or other attention-grabbing facilities nearby. An environment free from noise generation or noise-related complaints.

Additional rules
The first week is 300,000 won including cleaning fee, management fee, and utility fee. From the 8th day onwards, the daily rate is 30,000 won regardless of the contract. 8 days is 330,000 won, 2 weeks is 480,000 won. Smoking is prohibited outside of designated areas as the surrounding area is mountainous.
