Saejol Station is a 5-minute walk away. There is a Bulkwangcheon walking path 5 minutes away. It is a great place for those who enjoy running or cycling. The World Cup Stadium is 3 subway stops away. (You can watch professional soccer games in person.) It's also great for taking a walk with your dog. If you come here, I recommend running or riding a bike in the evening or on the weekend. It's so great. The Han River is a source of pride for Seoul. If you go to Banpo Hangang Park on the Han River, you can stay there. Or you can bring a book and a mat and camp there. You can check out from the 4th day onwards. We will adjust the price accordingly. You can check out at 10:00 AM on the 4th day. Our accommodation has an outdoor terrace in the apartment. You can drink coffee outside. Your dog can run around freely. It's not easy to find a space where your dog can run around freely even though the subway station is only 5 minutes away.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If you grill fish or meat, please clean it thoroughly. Separation of waste is absolutely necessary. Since Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are separate collection days, you must separate your trash. Electricity and heating costs, as well as all management fees for security management, sewage, firefighting, etc. are set at 10,000 won per day. However, if the electricity cost in summer or the heating cost in winter is excessive, a charge will be made.
