I lived with my 36-month-old child. The area had great infrastructure with nearby marts, cafes, pediatric clinics, and pharmacies, and it was a great location for enjoying Goseong or Sokcho beach.

I'm leaving now. I should have cleaned up and organized before leaving, but I had to leave urgently due to personal matters. I apologize.

어린 자녀 둘과 여름 방학을 알차게 보내려고 6박 속초 여행 계획을 잡았습니다. 첫4박은 뚜벅이인지라 외진곳은 피해야했고 택시나 버스 타기에 용이한 곳이어야 했는데 딱 맞는 숙소를 찾아서 정말 편하게 지냈습니다! 단지 앞에 버스정류장이 있고 카카오택시도 잘 잡히고 도보로 엑스포광장, 다빈치뮤지엄, 청초호, 스타벅스, 맥도널드, 맛집(만석강정, 청초수물회 등) 들 가까이있어서 좋았습니다. 숙소는 엄청 깔끔했고 3명이서 지내기에 딱 좋은 집이었습니다. 인테리어도 예뻤구요. 주변 이웃분들, 경비아저씨 친절하셨고 호스트님도 문의 바로바로 대응해주셔서 좋았습니다! 커플, 뚜벅이, 자녀와여행 계획하시는 분들 다 만족하실거에요! 😀

The host's response was very quick and friendly. The accommodation was neat and tidy, and the location and transportation were all satisfactory. Overall, I was able to stay comfortably. I will rest well and go! P.S. It would have been better if wet tissues, tissues, and a small vacuum cleaner were prepared. -Suggestion The reason I gave it one star was because the view was like being at home, which was a shame.

It's really clean and the location is really the best. My mother, my child, and I stayed here. It's the best for a long-term stay. Cheongcho Lake Park and Expo Square are within a 10-minute walk, so it's right in front, so it's good for a walk, and if you go during the festival, it's even better~~~ We walked and ran every day and had fun. Lotte Supermarket is within a 15-minute walk, and there's Daiso and a hospital. It was the best place to stay with a child without a car. The host was so kind, and my mother wanted to use the bedroom alone, so the mattress we requested was really good. They even provided extra bedding, so my child slept comfortably. One room, a kitchen, and a spacious living room/master's room. It was perfect for three people. It was easy to separate the trash, and food waste was collected with a card, not a bag, so it was great for eating and cleaning up. The water came out well and it was clean. The sofa was really nice. However, we were going to eat a meal, but the cooking utensils It was a little lacking If a couple comes and buys mainly There is no problem. Three sisters stayed here for a week in mid-October. We looked for a place with a good location first, and I think we made an excellent choice. The apartment itself is old, but it is near Cheongcho Lake, so you can go to food, entertainment, and museums (Da Vinci/Michelangelo) centered around Expo Tower within 5 minutes. The interior was remodeled and clean, and the living room was especially spacious compared to its size, so it didn't feel cramped even for three people. I would recommend it to two friends or a couple if they ask. The neighbors were quiet and the host was kind, so we had a great trip. Thank you~^^

The location is so good that you can heal yourself by just walking around the park in front without going anywhere. There are many brand coffee shops in the Expo Park in front of the house. There are also KFC, McDonald's, and many famous restaurants. The apartment is a bit old, but it was remodeled, so the house is very clean, and the host is very kind. Seoraksan, Goseong, and Yangyang are all 15-20 minutes away, so it's easy to get around, and there are a lot of people passing by, so it's safe for solo travelers. ~~

My husband and I stayed for a week in an apartment in Sokcho City. The accommodation was an old apartment, but it was remodeled so it was clean. It was nice that there was a large park across the street where I could exercise, and it was convenient because there were restaurants, hospitals, etc. that I could go to within 5 minutes. The security guard was very kind and it was a quiet place so it was comfortable like my home. The host was also kind and answered right away. I had a really good week^^
