Our accommodation is a luxury house prepared for actual residential purposes. Due to the nature of my job, which involves frequent business trips, I have joined Live Anywhere. Instagram: @stay.querencia ✔️Please note that the storage cabinet containing personal belongings and one room are equipped with door locks to prevent unauthorized use. - Must-Read Rules for Guests - 1. Absolutely NO smoking indoors or outdoors. (‼️If smoking is detected, only 50% of the deposit will be refunded.‼️) 2. Separate charges will apply for damage or breakdown of property, fabric stains, or facility damage within the accommodation. 3. We are not legally responsible for accidents occurring while using the indoor stairs or for safety accidents caused by other negligence. Please stay safely. 4. Towels, toiletries, and disposable items are not provided. 5. Please perform basic cleaning upon check-out. 6. The use of charcoal and firewood is prohibited to prevent fires. (Please use the direct-fire grill provided in the accommodation.) 7. Due to the nature of the attic, the 5th floor does not have doors, so it may be chilly. However, heated floor mats and heaters are available for use. 8. Due to the location, insects may enter, so please lock the doors and close the insect screens properly. Refunds are not possible due to this. 9. Please inquire before booking regarding commercial use of photos, videos, or the space. 10. Pets, including dogs, are not allowed. If caught, you will be asked to leave and charged a fee. 11. Please inform us in advance if there are any changes to the number of guests.
