[Buyeo, South Chungcheong Province] A private space all your own amidst nature! A detached house in the forest

I've booked accommodations through Live Anywhere several times, and this Buyeo accommodation was by far the cleanest. First of all, the bedding was clean, and so were the kitchen, living room, and two bedrooms. As a coffee lover, I was also very pleased with the Nespresso coffee machine and capsules. Unlike European B&Bs, Korean B&Bs often don't have coffee machines, which was a shame, but I was delighted to find one here in Buyeo. The TV was also large (83 inches) and new, making it convenient for watching YouTube, Netflix, and other OTT content. Finally, the host was very kind, providing detailed information about the tourist attractions in Buyeo and recommending nearby restaurants. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them.

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of the dishes and all the household items. Above all, this place didn't feel like a regular lodging, but rather a truly comfortable "home away from home." The owner was incredibly kind and responded promptly to every inquiry, which gave me a sense of trust. I visited with my baby this time, and the variety of insects around the area made it a fun place to explore with my child. This is the first time I've seen such a dirty and unsanitary place. We are a couple who have been traveling around the country for 4 months since our first week of living here. We have been to 5 places: Yeosu, Geoje, Tongyeong, Buan, and Nonsan. Our 6th destination is Buyeo-Sarangstay. When we make a reservation, we ask you to be careful because it is our first family trip. I don't know about other things, but if you are in the lodging industry that receives guests, you really need to be careful about hygiene and maintain it well. Since we bring our dog with us on our trip, we only choose independent accommodations that have a yard and allow us to experience country life. I won't say anything about the facilities or other things, as they are all up to each individual. While we were unpacking, I saw a yellow clay bed quilt and pillow just crumpled up in the corner. What is it? I thought I forgot to change it, so when I opened it up to organize it, it was stained with blood. Not just one place, but three places here and thereㅡㅡ Someone's bloodstains are creepy And the laundry room smells like sewer trash~ What is this house? The inside of the washer and dryer are full of traces of people who used them before Are we not allowed to use the washing machine? The host said: You can use it What? How can I use it? When I sent a picture, he was embarrassed He apologized and said he would send a cleaning staff again Then why is there a check-in and check-out?? The staff said they would come right before and clean, but there was not enough time to clean up the laundry I told them I would put it in after cleaning it They said I have to dry it again to make it completely dry..What do you want me to do? Are you telling me to dry it more?ㅡㅡ Seriously Since there are only two of us I thought we wouldn't use a small room, so I left it there even though it was stained with blood... What the heck, you knew that??? Wow, this is amazing??? Shouldn't you at least put it away even though it's not visible? What kind of attitude is this, to just leave it in the corner next to the bed? They say they're sorry, but they're busy and they don't have time, so that's their problem Why do they ask the guest to understand that? And they don't just leave because they're busy and they just clean up I paid the proper fee and came on the first day of my trip feeling good I feel really bad... I feel really bad!!!!!! When I arrived, it wasn't a young woman who answered the phone, but an old man called and said he was the owner and apologized, but I couldn't yell at him and he had already moved all the luggage, so my brother just said he would stay and leave, so I endured it and told him to be careful next time, but this is clearly a service industry, and this is not the way to receive customers. It's bad. Just saying sorry is the most irresponsible and insincere. After that, I wondered if there was anything more uncomfortable and if he was resting well. He didn't send me a single message, and he just ignored me. He kept saying things like "ugly hairs prickle". In addition, as soon as I came in, I could smell food in the house, so I told him to open the window to ventilate, but There was dust and dead bugs all over the window frames (I thought the interior was black). The side of the living room screen was torn and open. Of course, it's the countryside, so there are trees and grass, and depending on the season, there are bugs, mosquitoes, flies, etc. I understand (Ah! During the accommodation description, a clean area without mosquitoes?? I just laugh) All kinds of dead flies and bug corpses stuck to the outdoor wall on the deck, window frames, and railings Wow, it really looks like it was completely embroidered This is really bad Cobwebs covering half of the window Ah..I really wanted to go home The barbecue facility that I left to use was broken or missing inside, and it was broken I don't know when they cleaned the living room and kitchen floors in the house It was sticky and sticky to the soles of my feet and it was really uncomfortable I took everything out and swept and cleaned it on the first day, and the deck was washed with water. Oh my.. If you just put in a little effort, why did you build such a pretty house when.. I found out later that Live Anywhere offers refunds if there is a problem with the accommodation itself Ah..........I regret not just getting a refund and going home It's a shame that I can't upload pictures with my review The owner If it were a house that I personally cared for and looked after, it would never be like this. If only a little more attention and care were given, all the parts that could be easily seen and managed were left unmanaged and neglected. Rather than being an employee, it seemed like a woman from a nearby village came to just clean up after people came. I would rather use it like a piece of shit for a day, but I came to rest for a week... Ha...I cried. Our efforts, which were so precious, were wastedㅠㅠ I didn't feel regretful on the day I left, but I didn't want to come again. I regretted it so much that I extended my stay for another week, but this is the first time I've experienced something like this. I also work in the service industry, so unless it's something I have to die for, I only leave good words and a good impression without complaints, but I was really disappointed. In the future, when you receive guests, please show basic courtesy to the customers who visit you.
