Hanseom Beach & Downtown Location / 11th Floor Ocean View / Sunrise Spot #StayLemon

I was a little worried because it was cheaper than other accommodations in the same building, but it was really, really good! It's more spacious than it looks in the pictures, and the house is really clean 🫶🏻🫶🏻 It's very close to Donghae downtown, within 5 minutes on foot, and you can see the hot place Hanseom from the house, so you can see the beautiful scenery at sunrise and sunset from the house!! It's also close to the cave and Muling Valley, so it was a great place to stay for sightseeing!!! I booked for more than 10 nights, so I had to cook at home, but there was a grocery store and E-Mart within 5 minutes on foot, so it was great for grocery shopping, and I could eat and take a walk 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️It was really, really good! Above all, there's a really delicious bakery called Donghae Bakery in Donghae, and it's super close to it!! I'm so satisfied because I had a great stay in a house with the best location and room condition!! And..!! Above all, the owner is really kind 💗💗 I will definitely stay here when I stay in Donghae Ocean City. It was really great. Next time I come to Donghae, I will definitely book here. (I'm not really an acquaintance of the owner / It's just the best accommodation)

Pros 1. Accommodation location - The surrounding area looks dirty and messy, but you can see the ocean view and sunrise from the accommodation, and if you walk a little further, there are many cute restaurants and delicious restaurants. You can even park your car right around the area. (The parking lot inside is small) 2. Internal facilities - It feels like a built-in officetel, so it is very well-equipped. There is a washing machine, a large refrigerator, a clothes dryer in the hallway, a bathroom ventilation system, and a heating function, etc. This accommodation is very comfortable and convenient. 3. Friendly host - The host was very apologetic when I contacted him because the Wi-Fi didn't work at first, and he has a strong service mind. In my experience of staying in many accommodations, there are times when he speaks rudely or doesn't communicate well, but he is kind. Cons 1. Dryness inside - It could be because the boiler is on, but it is very dry. It would be good to bring a portable humidifier. 2. Mini sofa - It was too small for me to sit on. Since I have a job that only allows me time in the summer and winter... I want to come back in the spring and fall. I would have liked to stay longer if I had the chance.

I think it was a place where I could fully enjoy the ocean view of Hanseom Beach. It was very comfortable to live in because it had almost all the necessities (from an electric rice cooker to a vacuum cleaner to over-the-counter medicine). I think I lived very comfortably, feeling like I was living a simple life. I could feel the kindness and meticulous consideration of the host~

I had a quiet, enjoyable week. 😊 It was comfortable and everything was perfect, and I was very sad to leave. I'll definitely go back again if I get the chance. I especially loved the ocean view while drinking coffee at the window table~🥰 🩵
