Seokmo Bridge, which provides easy access to Seokmodo Island, is a 3-minute drive away. Minmeoru Beach is a 20-minute drive away. There is a golf course nearby. It is a place with a view hotspot where you can see the lake view as well. With a forest right next door, you can relax and feel the forest breeze; the surroundings are a quiet and peaceful rural village. A swimming pool can be set up in the yard during the summer. The yard is fully equipped with outdoor parasol tables and barbecue facilities. A karaoke machine is installed on the second floor of our house. Since the building's soundproofing is excellent, feel free to shout or sing to your heart's content on days when you feel like it. A generous checkout time is another advantage. As it is a spacious detached house, it can accommodate a large number of guests. An additional 20,000 KRW per person per night applies (negotiable). We will decide on the stay schedule or pet-friendly options after consultation.

Additional rules
Our home uses an oil boiler instead of a gas boiler, so an additional fee will inevitably apply for overnight stays. The fee varies depending on the number of guests and dates, so please inquire first! Please use the auxiliary kitchen located behind the main kitchen for cooking foods that produce strong odors, such as fish or meat. Inquiries regarding the length of stay and pets (dogs & cats) are always welcome!
