Convenience store in the building next door on the first floor. A bus stop 3 minutes walk away and several shops, cafes, bars, marts and other amenities 10-minute walk from Jeungsan Station and Myongji University This is the house I lived in when I was young. Quiet, warm, cool, cozy and comfortable. As expected from a private home, the refrigerator and washing machine are large, and the air conditioner is almost completely equipped with various home appliances, including two stand-alone and wall-mounted units. You can have a drink with friends at home or hang out at nearby Myongji University. You can take a bus or taxi to Hongdae or go to the World Cup Stadium, which is close. Location-wise, it's a good place no matter where you go. If you want to experience the real Seoul, you should visit the historic Gangbuk area. Even if you go to just one place in Seoul, you can never see everything in one day. Our house is in a great location for exploring various areas of Gangbuk using public transportation. The facilities are perfect, the rooms are large, quiet, and the prices are reasonable. Many guests have already used Air*NB, and it has an average rating of 5 stars. This is a place where people who have stayed long-term (over 6 months) always say they will definitely come back next time they come to Seoul. Since we haven't registered our accommodation here for very long, we're offering a discounted price as part of a promotion, so don't worry and make a reservation~!

Please follow the manual carefully for the next guests. -The air conditioner has a remote control, and the boiler can be controlled with a controller on the wall. - Smoking is prohibited in the building. Smoking is the responsibility of the user and a separate cleaning fee will be charged. - Please clean the accommodation after use. General waste should be placed in a volume-based bag, and recyclables should be placed in a separate bag. Afterwards, please dispose of them properly in the designated area outside the building. - If you are bringing a pet, you must notify us in advance. Additional cleaning fees may be charged, and the pet must be restored to its original condition so that no hair or odor remains. -Avoid cooking food with strong odors. -Please take off your shoes before entering. - Please do not bring any items including consumables such as shampoo, conditioner, or towels. -When parking, please write your license plate number on the windshield. - You will be charged for excessive electricity and gas usage that goes beyond common sense.
