I am sharing a list of information including restaurants and cafes frequented by locals, secluded beaches, mudflat experiences, as well as supermarkets, seafood shops, and hospitals/clinics. 🏡Our accommodation is not a house built for rental purposes, but a house that our family actually lives in. We decorated the house with the romance of home living, and we put our heart and soul into each and every material. We like the countryside, but we hate country houses, so we incorporated our urban minimalist lifestyle into the house. I want to share the small joys and happiness of home living that our family enjoyed here. 👉 Summary of our house's advantages! ✔️It's in the countryside, but close to the city center. (5 minutes by car to the city center, 10 minutes to Daecheon IC) ✔️The yard view is wide open, so the view is great. ✔️It is located at the top of the village, so it is quiet and cozy. ✔️The morning is filled with the sounds of birds, and the night sky is full of stars. ✔️The interior is clean and convenient, like a city apartment. ▪️Detailed Description 🔌You can stay comfortably with the living room and each room's system air conditioner (4 units in total), and you can use water and heating (LPG) just like in an apartment. You can watch Netflix & YouTube on the smart TV, and there is an LP & Bluetooth player. Electric curtains in the living room and blinds in each room are installed. 🍳The open kitchen is convenient to move around in. It is well equipped with cooking products such as a 3-burner highlight, a 12-person dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric rice cooker, and a coffee machine. 🛁The master bathroom has a brick bathtub, so use it as a relaxing space to relieve the day's fatigue. 📚 I do book curation. (Self-development books, psychology books, picture books, etc.) 🌿 There is a high-end barbecue grill in the yard, and you can enjoy stargazing at night because you can see many stars. (Due to the location, stargazing is not allowed due to the risk of fire😥) You can also use a small golf practice range. The house is located on the upper side of the village, so it is quiet and cozy. Please observe the outdoor manner time of 9 o'clock for the neighbors. ❣️As this is a rental business, toiletries and supplies are not provided. Please make sure to bring your own.
