Located in a quiet residential area a 9-minute walk from Jungang Market, this country house features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. ✅️Meals are only permitted in the kitchen and yard. You may enjoy a campfire and barbecue in the yard, provided you are mindful of safety and noise. A fire pit, table, and 5 camping chairs are provided; guests must bring their own grill, charcoal, and firewood. 1. Living Room ❗️There is no TV or sofa. Amenities include a wall-mounted air conditioner, Wi-Fi, a low table, a traditional Korean stove (Obang-nan), and a tea set. 2. Bedrooms (3 Rooms) The single room features a super single low-profile bed; the front double room has a queen-size bed; and the inner double room has two super single beds. I believe the charm of a country house lies in its unconventional structure. Situated on low ground next to the road, the yard is visible from the outside, but it remains cozy thanks to the awnings covering it. A unique feature is the retaining wall that encloses one side of both the house and the yard. 🌿 Information & Inquiries @retreatstay The yard is spacious and comfortable enough for five people to enjoy a campfire and barbecue using the provided fire pit, table, and camping chairs. It is an ideal living space for friends and family to visit. Since the residential area is particularly quiet at night, you can fully enjoy this unique accommodation if you are considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise. There is no TV or sofa in the room, but there is a table in the living room where you can gather. There is one wall-mounted air conditioner in the living room. Meals are only permitted in the kitchen and yard.

Noise restrictions apply from 8 PM to 8 AM, and to be considerate of neighbors, the yard is open until 10 PM. ❗️ Please be careful not to step on the threshold of the sky-blue gate, as this may cause the hinges to break. ❗️ Smoking is prohibited indoors (including e-cigarettes). 🌿 Although we maintain the property continuously, as this is a country house with a yard, insects may occasionally enter from the outside. As a precaution, electric fly swatters, insect repellent, mosquito coils, and mosquito spray are available in the entrance hallway. 🌿 Please refrain from using the fireplace on windy days due to the risk of fire.
