There are convenience stores and small restaurants within an 8-minute walk :). There is a wine bottle shop and a Japanese restaurant right in front of the house. It is close to nature, making it a great place to take a walk or enjoy the breeze while contemplating. 🍀 This is a detached house located in Yusuam-ri, Aewol-eup. We recommend this to those seeking a quiet place to relax. - We have prepared amenities such as a projector and Bluetooth speaker for you to enjoy the space. In the small room attached to the master bedroom, we have prepared a small table where you can work or read. (For the projector, only an HDMI to HDMI cable for laptops is provided!) - A standing TV is also available. - A barbecue grill has been prepared on the outdoor wooden deck so you can enjoy a barbecue; please feel free to use it during your stay :) ‼️ Important Notes - Move-in is conducted remotely. - We will send you a confirmation text message once the contract is finalized. - As the house is located in a mountainous area surrounded by bushes, there are many insects. Refunds due to insects are not possible, so we ask for your understanding in advance. - This is a quiet village. Since nearby residents also go to bed early or rest, please be mindful not to make loud noises after 10 PM. - Please smoke only on the wooden deck opposite the gas cylinder, and dispose of trash, such as cigarette packs and butts, only within the Stay area. - However, as the surrounding environment is very quiet, we recommend this place to those seeking a peaceful rest.
