🚭 Smoking ( Cigarettes and cannabis ) is absolutely prohibited indoors. ⚠️ No durian allowed. ⚠️ No pets allowed. ⚠️ If the guests request for cleaning while staying. The cleaning fee is 1000 THB per time ⚠️The rent includes utility fee based on average usage. Any excessive beyond this amount may result in additional charges upon check-out, as determined by actual meter checking. ⚠️ Deposit refund may take up to 1 week from check-out. After checking the condition of the accommodation, if there are no issues such as damage or breakdown, the full amount will be returned in Korean won (KRW) through Live Anywhere. 📜 Please note that guests staying for more than a month (29 nights) will be asked to fill out a rental agreement on site on the day of check-in and provide a copy of their passport for long-term resident reporting (TM30).
