Smoking will result in a fine of 100,000 won, a disinfection cleaning fee of 50,000 won, and the accommodation fee on the day of check-out. If the wallpaper is contaminated, a re-application fee will be charged. -Please avoid strong-smelling foods such as fish and meat as much as possible. - In case of damage or contamination of wallpaper, floor furniture, or household items, compensation costs will be incurred. - You can use it immediately after moving in as it has been neatly cleaned. - Since we do not charge a separate cleaning fee, you must do some simple cleaning and separate trash and dishes when you check out. However, if the contamination or cleaning condition is severe, a cleaning fee may be charged.
