1) This unique accommodation boasts a unique style and is divided into separate floors for men and women. 2) There are no shower facilities or sinks in the rooms on the men's floor, but there are on the women's floor. Please let us know your gender when making a reservation. 3) You can use all facilities free of charge, including washing machine, dryer, water purifier, microwave, digital door lock, high-speed internet, and WIFI. 4) Some rooms have windows, but some rooms inside may not have windows. Please note that this may vary depending on the reservation situation. 5) According to Korean law, daily use is not allowed, and the provision of amenities and bedding is limited. If you need bedding, you must prepare it yourself, but we can rent or purchase it upon request. 6) You must prepare your own personal hygiene products and detergents. 7) It is located a 10-minute walk from Jangjaho Lake Park Station on Seoul Subway Line 8. There is the Guri City Library and Lake Park nearby, and there are many convenient facilities.
