[Near Mok-dong] Amazing value house, a retro accommodation cozier than my own home that even my mom was surprised by.

My friend and I stayed here for about a month, and it was truly a lovely experience. The host was nice and very attentive, always responding quickly whenever I had questions, and was understanding in certain circumstances. We loved the quiet residential area and were surrounded by lots of restaurants and cafes. Transportation was easily accessible as well. We would definitely stay again.

There are lots of restaurants nearby, convenience stores are close by, I recommend it hehe. If I get the chance next time, I'll visit again~~☺️

The stay was enjoyable!

I needed a place to stay for a month due to a business trip to Seoul, so I stayed here for a month. As you can see in the picture, this is a great value for money, and I will stay here very comfortably for a month. And the house interior and amenities are so well-made, and I am completely satisfied with everything.ㅎㅎ I slept comfortably and my business trip went well, so next time I have a business trip to Seoul, I will choose this place without asking any questions. And I have stayed in other places because I travel a lot for business, but I have never met a host as kind as this one, and I am writing this article to tell you how grateful I am~! If you need a place to stay, don't hesitate and I highly recommend choosing this place😄

I had a great time during the nearly 100 days of summer, fall, and early winter! I only stayed for a short time due to a moving schedule, but the air conditioning and heating worked well, so there were no inconveniences. Even on the first floor in the summer, I didn't see a single bug other than fruit flies. The host always responded quickly, so I was able to resolve any questions right away, which was nice. I was a mid-pregnant woman, so I was sensitive, but I had a great time without any worries. ^.^ I was especially satisfied with the dryer, so I didn't have any inconveniences doing laundry! I'll be back soon. ^^

It's not too far from the subway, and it's easy to get to by bus. I liked that they took great care to keep me warm in the winter! And the house was so warm that I stayed comfortably. ㅎㅎ Thank you!
