* A 15-pyeong apartment with home sterilization care, equipped with a queen-size bed and dining table to ensure a spacious and pleasant stay for single-person households and a comfortable stay for two-person households. * Parking available for 1 vehicle. * Move-in is conducted remotely. * Check-in from 3 PM, Check-out by 11 AM. (Although the official check-in and check-out times are as above, we are 99% flexible and can accommodate requests such as dropping off luggage the day before due to personal circumstances or dropping it off early in the morning due to work hours.) * Smoking indoors (including e-cigarettes) is mandatory. (※ A special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged if smoking is detected.) * We ask for your understanding that only cats are allowed as pets due to potty training issues. Haan Jugong Apartments uses central heating, so the management office manages the heating. Please note that individual heating is not available. With over 2,200 households, we will never keep residents cold. Third, additional costs apply for each extra person. The current rates are based on 2 people. For 3 people, a fee of 20,000 KRW is charged per person. For example, if 3 people stay for 2 weeks, an additional fee of 40,000 KRW (2 weeks x 20,000 KRW) will be incurred. Fourth, Transportation The complex itself is situated along a 4-lane L-shaped road, making vehicular traffic convenient. There are numerous buses available, including airport buses, Cheolsan Station, and Doksan Station (Route 1). Fifth, Pets Dogs are not allowed; cats are permitted (an additional 50,000 won per cat applies for cleaning purposes).

A litter box is required! * As the host lives nearby, I personally clean thoroughly and do my best to ensure a cozy space by taking immediate action on any inconveniences. * We hire a pest control company every six months to disinfect and sterilize the property.
