thank you for the stay! we had everything we needed and the two rooms were very useful for the price.

I had a wonderful stay and I'm leaving.

The stay was comfortable with easy access to public transport. The location near Namsan Tower offered lovely views of the surrounding area. The bathroom was quite compact, so we had to be careful about head clearance, but otherwise everything was comfortable and well-suited to our needs.

Title: Beware of unfair deposit deductions and lack of proof The apartment itself is in a good location, but I cannot recommend this host due to the very unpleasant checkout experience. Upon checkout, the host demanded a 50,000 KRW deduction from our security deposit, claiming there were scratches, broken tiles, and stained bedsheets. We treated the property with care and did not cause this damage. The host did not provide any check-in photos to prove the room's condition before our arrival, so there is no way to know if these issues existed beforehand. We paid the deduction just to avoid further stress, but be aware: if you stay here, take detailed photos and videos of EVERYTHING (including the walls, door lock, and bed sheets) immediately upon check-in to protect yourself. Otherwise, you might lose part of your deposit. The communication was polite, but the unfair claim left a bad impression.

🏙️ A week-long summer vacation in Seoul for the Gangsangdo family! Three siblings, ages 7 (middle school 7th grade, elementary school 4th grade, and 7), three lizards, and a Pomeranian! This truly large family, Full House, has set out to live in Seoul! 😄 Let's make special memories in Seoul this summer vacation! With that in mind, we chose our accommodation based on three criteria: pet-friendly, reasonable price, and convenient access to public transportation. We arrived late at night, but as soon as we opened the door... "Wow~ This place is truly amazing!" I couldn't help but exclaim 😍 Seeing that the owner had even equipped us with an air purifier and a dehumidifier, I felt like a welcome guest. I could feel the owner's care. Necessary appliances like a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator were neatly provided. The washing machine was especially helpful for the kids' laundry. With the windows wide open, the breeze was gentle, providing good ventilation, and the laundry dried nicely! The location was perfect. We could walk to Namsan Library, and we also visited the Convergence Science Education Center and the Ahn Jung-geun Memorial Hall with the kids. We enjoyed a walk, a history lesson, and a science experience all in one place! In the hot summer, right in the heart of the city, we were able to enjoy nature, culture, and a comfortable rest. This was our family's perfect accommodation in Seoul. I highly recommend it 💕 If you're considering a trip to Seoul with your pet or kids, this is the perfect place! We're planning to book here again in the winter, lol

The interior is neat and the room is spacious, so I'm satisfied!! There was everything I needed, such as a washing machine, refrigerator, and air purifier. It was especially nice that I could bring my dog. There's a park behind the accommodation, so it's good to take it for a walk, and the air is so clean that it feels healing. ㅎㅎㅎ The neighborhood is also very quiet, so I had a good rest for a week. The price seems reasonable compared to the quality of the accommodation. The host is also quick to respond and kind.
