- This is the best place to stay in Jeju for a year or a month. - Please contact us if you would like to rent short term. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. (Please refrain from smoking in the garden as well.) If you smoke, your contract will be terminated without refund of rent/deposit, and a cleaning fee will be charged. - Foods with strong smoky or strong smells, such as grilled fish, grilled meat, or fried food, cannot be cooked or consumed indoors. Please use the outdoor grill. - Sorry, fishing guests. Visits are not permitted. - After visiting the beach, wash your swimsuit, towel, etc. that got wet in the sea water at an outdoor faucet. If sand gets into the washing machine or dryer, the product may be damaged and you may have to pay for it. - We only provide outdoor barbecue grills, torches, and tongs. Please dispose of charcoal and trash and clean up after use. If cleaning is not done properly, a cleaning fee of 30,000 won will be charged. - No noise when using the outdoor jacuzzi late at night! Please observe etiquette. & Bath salts are prohibited. Please empty the water after use. If the water gets mossy or dirty, a cleaning fee will be charged. - A fee of 30,000 won per person will be charged for visitors without prior consent or for visitors staying after 11:00 PM. - We are not responsible for any safety accidents, damage to valuables, or loss of valuables caused by the tenant's negligence during the stay. - Since this is a personal septic tank facility, please never put foreign substances such as toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the provided fine mesh filter, and if a problem occurs due to foreign substances, you will be responsible for high repair costs. -Please follow the facility instructions sent to you upon completing your reservation.
