Convenience store (CU, 7-Eleven) 2-3 minutes away by car Namwon Hanaro Mart, 15 minutes away by car This is a private house full of sunlight and the scent of the wind in a quiet village in Dongbaek Village, Sinheung-ri, southern Jeju Island. As you enter the yard, the white two-story house on the left is a space where up to 6 people (plus 2 more) can relax, with a terrace where you can enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine while basking in the warm sunlight. It is a quiet and secluded neighborhood, with two houses owned by local residents right next to the villa. Above all, because the sleeping space is the most important, we have prepared high-quality bedding including goose down comforters and goose down pillows, and we have also prepared only products (from Germany and Italy) that cost over 1 million won on the market, rather than cheap mattresses for general businesses, without compromising on price. For the convenience of our guests, we have equipped the rooms with the latest home appliances, including a StandbyMe, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, and 4-door refrigerator. We have also personally selected and placed all of the interior products and accessories in the room. We also have Netflix and Disney+ accounts so you can enjoy TV content when you can't sleep late at night. *** With child *** For the convenience of travelers * We have prepared a bottle sterilizer, high chair, booster chair (baby chair), 2-step step, L-shaped bed guard, bidet toilet cover, baby bathtub set, and eco-friendly corn plate tableware/spoon set! Please smoke only in the designated smoking area. (If found using cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, etc. indoors, you will be asked to leave) * Items related to fire (candles, burners, butane gas, etc.) cannot be used inside or outside the accommodation. * When cooking food with strong odors, please be sure to ventilate!! * Pets are not allowed. (If discovered, you will be asked to leave the premises and may be charged cleaning fees and other corresponding costs.) * In case of contamination or damage to furniture, bedding, curtains, walls, etc. due to stickers, graffiti, wall adhesives, etc., an appropriate amount will be charged. * Although we do the quarantine work by a professional quarantine company, due to the nature of Jeju Island's natural environment, insects may still enter. Refunds cannot be given due to this, so please secure the screen door/front door. * CCTV is installed for security and safety, but please lock the door when you go out. * Please do not open the windows when the air conditioner or boiler is on~ PLEASE~!! * Please do not wear indoor slippers outside.
