Homeplus Express is 5 minutes away. A large Daiso is 12 minutes away. There are plenty of places to eat around the house. You can also take a walk to Bulkwangcheon Stream. This is a newly built, 4-year-old, shared house located in a quiet residential area. 8 minutes on foot from Eungam Station on Line 6. 15 seconds from Unam Transportation Bus Stop. You can take the bus to DMC Station. There is a terrace on the 4th floor, and all residents have one air conditioner, one refrigerator, a door lock for each room, and a washing machine and dryer, so you can stay privately. There are 6 bathrooms, 2 on each floor, so you can use them conveniently even during busy commuting hours. You can use Double 5G high-speed internet for free, and it is well managed with Hyundai Qming water purifier installation, SESCO regular maintenance, and regular cleaning of common areas twice a month.
