Both sides are designated parking zones. ▣ The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor. Please consider this if you have difficulty using stairs. (Please be careful as the stairs may be slippery in case of rain or snow.) ▣ This is a family-friendly accommodation. You do not need to worry about soundproofing even if your child runs around and plays. However, please be mindful of your child's safety. ▣ Visitors other than the designated number are strictly prohibited. (Please add additional guests when making a reservation or contact the host.) ▣ You are responsible for compensation if any props or facilities within the accommodation are damaged. (Please be careful not to damage the props, as they are intended for aesthetic photography. Charges will apply for damages such as attaching balloons to the walls or damaging facilities due to events.) ▣ Smoking is prohibited within the premises. Please use the main road across the street outside the building for smoking. (If smoking indoors, a separate cleaning fee and the accommodation fee for the next guest will be added to the bill.) ▣ Please be careful of safety accidents when staying with infants or children. (The host bears no separate liability for any safety accidents, so guardians are requested to exercise special caution.) ▣ Accommodation by unaccompanied minors is strictly prohibited. ▣ Located in a residential complex. Please refrain from making noise late at night, such as shouting, singing, or playing music. Please maintain strict silence after 11 PM. (Please note that you may be asked to leave without a refund if any complaints arise.) ▣ Pets are not allowed. (Disinfection costs will be charged for violations.) ▣ For non-business operators or rental business operators in Korea who are not registered lodging establishments (hotels, motels, inns, etc.), bathroom amenities cannot be provided (shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, towels, toothbrush, soap, toothpaste, body wash, etc.). Please be sure to bring your own toiletries. ▣ Due to the nature of the accommodation, cooking is permitted, but grilling meat, cooking smelly dishes, or cooking greasy foods is prohibited. (Please refrain from grilling pork belly, fried foods, steamed shellfish, skate, etc.) ▣ Air conditioning is unavailable from November to May of the following year. (A ceiling fan is installed in the accommodation, and one electric fan is provided for those who are sensitive to heat.) ▣ This is the host's precious space.
