Peaceful sea, quiet time. Laila House

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making my stay very comfortable. The house was exactly as described - very clean and pleasant, and the south-facing ocean view was beautiful and satisfying. The entire officetel was neatly remodeled, giving it a hotel-like feel where I could rest comfortably. Mokpo Peace Square was also close by for walking, and there were many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making daily life convenient. If I have the opportunity to visit Mokpo again, this is definitely an accommodation I would like to stay at.

Mokpo Beach is great for morning and evening walks, and walking nearby is a pleasure. All the household items are elegantly furnished and conveniently placed, showing the host's dedication. I stayed during a week of daily snowfall, and even in sub-zero temperatures, the electric blanket on the bed was warm, and the down comforter felt great. Mokpo has many great restaurants, so on days when I'm returning home late after a long trip, I make a slight detour to find a parking spot. Mokpo is a place I miss, even though the week is short.

The host kindly explained everything well, and I had a very comfortable, fun, and enjoyable stay. I definitely want to come back again if I have the chance next time.

I think the price is reasonable because utilities are included. The host is friendly, and the TV is portable. It's not a large TV, but it was enough to watch. The location is great, and the underground parking lot seems to be mostly closed. I think everyone parks on the street nearby, but there's plenty of space. There's also a free public parking lot nearby. The room is very small, so I think it's best for just one person. However, it's very clean. A gas meter reader came during our stay and said, "Why is this place so clean and pretty?" Hehe. The coffee was delicious, and the snacks were delicious! Because it's right by the ocean, the humidity is always over 70%, so you'll need to keep the air conditioning on all the time to dry your laundry. There's a laundromat just a 5-minute walk away, so I used the dryer to dry any urgent items. The **,** facilities were so convenient. I had a great stay in every way. Thank you!

I searched countless times to find a place to book for my first trip to Mokpo. Finally, I found this place. It's incredibly safe for a solo woman, and the ocean is right in front of you when you open the door. The host's thoughtful consideration was truly impressive. I slept like I was at home, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's the perfect place for women traveling. I had a great rest and will definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance to visit Mokpo again.
