The accommodation was clean, very quiet, and the surroundings were truly wonderful. I was very satisfied with my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Not recommended except for proximity to Sinsuldong Station. (7 nights for 920,000 won - money wasted) This is a house with no advantages whatsoever except for good accessibility near Sinsuldong Station. I paid a total of 920,000 won for a week-long stay, but the basic cleanliness and provided services fell far short of expectations. On the first day of check-in, the floor was covered with dark dust, making it difficult to walk barefoot or in white socks, and I had to clean the entire floor myself. The interior of the refrigerator and microwave were severely contaminated, so I had to wipe them down before using them, and the provided cushions emitted a strong unpleasant smell of unwashed sweat. A cleaning fee of 50,000 won is charged, but the cleanliness condition upon check-in was completely unmanaged, and guests had to clean it themselves, making it difficult to understand why this amount is being charged. Please take note if you are considering using this accommodation.

I was looking for a place where I could “stay comfortably like my home” after living abroad for a long time and staying in Korea for a few weeks. It was an officetel located in Sinseoldong, and I liked it so much even before I entered the accommodation. There was a convenience store and a lunchbox restaurant connected to the officetel building on the first floor, and the bus stop and subway entrance were all within a 3-5 minute walk. In addition, Cheonggyecheon and E-Mart were within a 5-7 minute walk. (Thanks to that, I was able to see the cherry blossoms with great success!) But the accommodation was also the best.. I made the reservation based only on the photos the host uploaded, and the interior was exactly as in the photos (1) pretty and (2) very comfortable and clean. So I felt so good from the moment I opened the door and went in. And there were simple accommodation instructions(?) notes from the host all over the house, so whenever I needed something or had questions, I could look at the host’s notes and solve everything. It's a studio, but the living room/dining room and the living room 2/bedroom feel are clearly separated (there's also a sofa bed!), so the space feels much wider, and it was nice that there were many places to rest besides the bed! The kitchen (including dishes), bathroom... were all so comfortable and clean. And there were a lot of storage spaces, so I was able to keep the house clean! The best part was that it had a lot of things I needed for daily life (Doraemon Pocketst). There were many situations where I bought something from Daiso because I needed it, but it was already there. It's been so long since I've been to Korea, so there were a lot of awkward and hesitant moments, but the officetel security guard was so kind to me, and the host answered all my questions quickly and kindly before and after the reservation, so I was able to stay comfortably. I'd like to come back again if I get the chance! Thank you!
