It is a townhouse located on the outskirts of the city, 5 minutes away from Wonju IC by car, but within 10 minutes on foot, there is a 7-Eleven convenience store, CU convenience store, mart, pharmacy, chicken restaurant, oriental medicine clinic, cafe, butcher shop, and a laundry in the apartment complex below. It is an old townhouse in the outskirts with a rural feel, but the accommodation has been remodeled to some extent. There is no noise between floors, and it is on the first floor, so it is convenient to use when bringing children or pets. The road leading up to the alley on the outskirts is rather steep, so you should drive slowly when going up. It is a townhouse where many elderly people live, so it has a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy some healing and peaceful leisure time in a rural village away from the city^^ *There is a supermarket in front of the accommodation. It may be inconvenient because there are no convenient facilities right in front. *Because this is a short-term rental, towels and bathing supplies are not provided. (Please inquire separately.) *Pets that are not house trained are not allowed.
